Relative abundance of the soil microbial community associated with disjunct tree species at Ordway site, FL. Acidobacteria, Actinomycetes, Ellin6513, Pseudomonadales, Rhizobiales, and Rhodospirillales were the most abundant orders across all samples, but the relative abundance of these orders and certain lesser abundant orders differed significantly between disjunct tree species.
